U.S. Delivery Information: OnlineFlowers.com offers same-day delivery to most areas of the United States. Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone in order to ensure same-day delivery. For example, if you are placing an order in Phoenix, AZ to have delivered in Boston, MA, your order must be placed no later than 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Your order must be received on Saturday before 3:00 pacific standard time in order to be delivered on Sunday. However, Sunday delivery is not always available. If you place an order for Sunday delivery and we are unable to have it delivered, it will be delivered on Monday. OnlineFlowers.com will work to have your flowers delivered to your needs. The service charge is $9.99 for deliveries in the United States and Canada. International Delivery Information OnlineFlowers.com can have flowers delivered to many countries throughout the world through the F.T.D. wire service. Same-day delivery is not available. Although it is often possible to have your order delivered sooner, please allow 48-hours for delivery. The service charge for international deliveries is $24.99.

SALES TAX

OnlineFlowers.com is incorporated in the state of California. As per Regulation 1571, we are required by the State Board of Equalization to collect appropriate sales tax on the entire purchase. The code reads as follows: "Tax applies to amounts charge by a florist to his customers for the delivery of flowers to points within California, even thought he instructs another florist to make the delivery, but in such case tax does not apply to amounts received by the florist making the delivery. Tax applies to amounts charged by florists who receive orders for the delivery of flowers to points outside the state even though he instructs another florist outside the state to make the delivery. The measure of tax includes charges made for telegrams or telephone calls whether or not the charges are separately stated. A "relay" or other service charge made in addition to the charge for the telegram or telephone call must also be included in the measure of tax. Tax does not apply to amounts received by California florists who make deliveries in this state pursuant to instructions received from florists outside this state."
